You may return any item in its original condition for a refund or credit within 14 days of receiving it. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip and must include a contact number. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. We suggest using USPS with Delivery Confirmation for your protection.
SPECIAL ORDERS: ALL SPECIAL ORDER SALES ARE FINAL. As these styles are not in our inventory, we cannot accept any returns, refunds, exchanges, or size exchanges on Special Orders. Please be certain you know the correct size when ordering. If you are not sure, please select one of our in-stock styles. Special Orders may take 3 to 4 weeks so produce, plus shipping time.

We offer a flat shipping rate of $7.50 per order.
Standard Delivery
Orders will typically arrive within 4 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), following credit card authorization and verification. Delivery is available for shipping to both P.O. Boxes and street addresses within the continental United States only.
International Shipping
If you need us to ship internationally, please call the store at (305) 292-3635 to place your order and we can calculate shipping to international locations.
Shipping Carriers
We ship all packages via the U.S. Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation. If the value of the package exceeds $100 we also will add insurance based on the value of the package.
There is no shipping and handling charge for a Gift Certificate. For your protection, Gift Certificates ordered that are $250 or more will automatically be shipped with a signature required.
We are glad to offer a full warranty on the materials and workmanship of our jewelry up to 14 days after purchase. Local Color/Commotion will repair (if possible) or exchange your piece at no charge, for your full satisfaction.
This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials and workmanship occurring during normal use. Please understand that we cannot be responsible for damages resulting from accidents, abuse, neglect, mishandling, or acts of God (or any other malcontent spirit).
Also, please remember that some materials, such as shells, opals, and some stones, can be naturally delicate and can wear or break over time. Please understand that we cannot be responsible for breakages after our warranty period of 14 days. After the warranty period, please refer to your local jeweler.
